Virtual Intake Consultation & Exercise Plan

Initially, you will meet with me for an online consultation. An individualized exercise regime suitable for your state of health and physical activity level will be designed, managed and monitored throughout to ensure constant progress at the appropriate level.

The desired outcome is to achieve independence and confidence to maintain levels of fitness and changes in lifestyle that have beneficial health effects.

Clients will be coached through their specific rehabilitation program, and have modifications made to the program as appropriate.
Specialized Individualized Exercise
The individualized exercise program is designed for people with a diagnosed chronic or metabolic medical condition needing additional support and encouragement to be active. The program offers enjoyable, social and achievable exercise sessions that focus upon resistance and cardiovascular training at a light and manageable pace.
