What to Expect
Restorative Movement Therapy combines acupressure and therapeutic tuning forks to support nervous system regulation, reduce muscular tension, and restore ease of movement.

Each session begins with a brief conversation about your health history, current stress load, sleep, and movement concerns. This ensures the approach is tailored, safe, and aligned with your goals.

During your session, gentle acupressure is applied to specific points on the body to encourage relaxation and improve circulation. Precision-calibrated tuning forks may be used on or near the body to introduce subtle vibration that supports tissue release and parasympathetic activation. You remain fully clothed and comfortable throughout.

My commitment is to honor:
-
The dignity of every individual
-
The integration of body and mind
-
The value of faith where it is meaningful
-
The wisdom inherent in the body’s design
-
Healing is approached as a collaborative process — engaging physical effort, professional guidance, and, where desired, spiritual trust
